- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
