Our cross-functional teams work in agile sprints to develop prototypes for emerging markets, leveraging AI ethics frameworks, decentralized architectures, and climate-positive computing. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, venture capitalists, and government innovation labs to commercialize tomorrow's solutions today.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-resilient systems
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D initiatives in AI safety, carbon-negative blockchain, and neuro-ergonomic interfaces
- Partner with policy makers to shape regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric tech
- Commercialize lab innovations through venture incubation programs and strategic licensing
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging tech ethics and sustainable design principles
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits on 2026 tech implications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 7+ years of applied research
- Published work in Nature, Science, or IEEE on exponential technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing, or climate AI
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with $10M+ valuations
- Security clearance for government innovation projects preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial deployments
