Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (published work preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or futures studies (preferred)
