Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align futuristic innovations with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to detect disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on tech trends and societal impact
- Build and mentor a team of innovation specialists
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Prior experience in policy or ethical tech governance
