Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Author thought leadership publications and industry position papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
