Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy encompassing AI ethics, quantum applications, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Present quarterly tech forecasts to the board with actionable recommendations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impact of 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, bio, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience advising C-suite on tech transformation initiatives
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
