- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and disruption vectors
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build cross-functional teams to execute on future-state technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends and market shifts
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
