As a key member of our Advanced Research Division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, AI ethicists, and biotechnology innovators to develop frameworks for sustainable tech adoption. You'll influence product roadmaps while ensuring ethical implementation of breakthrough technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and map 3-year implementation strategies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, UX, and business teams
- Develop future-proof architecture frameworks for scalable AI-human collaboration
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with policy teams to shape responsible tech governance frameworks
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products (2018-2023)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN, Delphi method)
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech strategies with measurable impact
