Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Design scenario-planning models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Author white papers on emerging trends for industry conferences and policy briefings
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify next-generation investment opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic storytelling
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- MBA or Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Scenarioplus, Kumu)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
