Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech strategies into corporate vision and operational plans
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects in areas like autonomous systems, predictive analytics, and decentralized infrastructure
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams while fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong background in cross-functional leadership and managing distributed innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data into actionable strategies
