- Develop and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite and board with compelling data narratives
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives aligned with UN SDGs
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ year vision
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks and ethical tech standards
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
