Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure leading up to and through the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) into legacy frameworks.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high-performance.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies (Quantum-ready, Edge AI) that will dominate the 2026 market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems. Experience with 2026-era frameworks (e.g., WebGPU, WebAssembly modules).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of delivering complex projects ahead of schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
