Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive strategic vision for Project 2026, including milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor movements, and technological disruptions relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to translate high-level vision into actionable product roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment across executive leadership and operational teams regarding the 2026 roadmap.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Drive innovation by scouting and evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) for integration into the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of delivering complex long-term projects.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market signals to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in strategic planning tools and project management software.
