Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation neural network architectures designed for the 2026 computing paradigm.
- Lead the development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning in dynamic environments.
- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference on quantum-ready hardware.
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and safety protocols for emergent intelligence systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms for predictive analytics and generative content creation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or large language model (LLM) engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
- Proven track record of publishing research or shipping high-impact AI products.
