Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify 2026-relevant disruptions across tech, policy, and consumer behavior
- Develop multi-year strategic frameworks integrating exponential technologies and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce scenario-planning models for 2026 market conditions and competitive landscapes
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
- Maintain a 'Future Radar' dashboard of emerging signals and inflection points
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategiesAdvanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-geographic strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or trend analyses
