Responsibilities

- Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of emerging tech trends, specifically focusing on AI integration and Web3 protocols to drive product differentiation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance user retention.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or lead engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern languages (TypeScript, Python, Go) and frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
