Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academic partners, and venture capitalists
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards of directors
- Oversee pilot programs for next-generation technologies in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) strongly preferred
