- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year implementation potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and adoption strategies
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, decentralized systems, or biotech
- Track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Executive presence with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
