Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our next-generation AI systems, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and AGI capabilities.
- R&D Oversight: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and autonomous agents.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships to keep our infrastructure future-proof.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/Aliyun).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical visions that align with business goals and market trends.
