Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with the 2026 company vision.
- Lead the architecture of scalable Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate advanced AI features into core products.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI ethics, LLMs, and edge computing to drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor senior engineers and define best practices for AI model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies and POCs for new technologies to ensure technical viability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex, large-scale projects on time.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and scalability.
