Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including neural networks, deep learning models, and generative algorithms.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating AI into existing enterprise ecosystems, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for data governance, model transparency, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding the evolution of AGI and quantum computing applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
