Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems, generative AI, and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineers to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Advocate for inclusive AI design through stakeholder workshops and user research
- Establish governance protocols for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and publish thought leadership
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Published research on AI ethics or technology ethics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong programming skills (Python, R) for bias analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
