As a key member of our Future Horizons division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuro-engineers, and global policymakers to preempt ethical dilemmas before they arise. You'll architect governance systems for autonomous systems, develop bias mitigation protocols for next-gen AI, and lead cross-functional initiatives that align technological progress with human flourishing.
Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for AGI and quantum AI systems
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for next-gen neural networks
- Lead scenario planning for technological singularity readiness (2026-2030)
- Advocate for human-centric design in autonomous systems development
- Conduct preemptive risk assessments for emerging bio-digital interfaces
- Coordinate with UN tech ethics committees on global standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Cognitive Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or futurist strategy
- Published research on existential risk mitigation
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42071 and EU AI Act frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing ethics protocols
- Deep understanding of neuro-ethics and brain-computer interfaces
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
