Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in AI development lifecycle
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through policy whitepapers and industry presentations
- Lead cross-functional task forces addressing bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Educate stakeholders on ethical AI principles through workshops and training programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, policy development, or ethics advisory roles
- Deep expertise in machine learning fairness, explainable AI, and bias mitigation techniques
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or technology policy
- Experience working with regulatory bodies (FTC, EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis tools for ethical AI auditing
