Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethical frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Goals
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycle
- Advocate for responsible AI policies through white papers, industry forums, and regulatory submissions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on AI ethics with diverse stakeholders
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and translate compliance requirements into technical standards
- Quantify ethical risks using advanced metrics and impact assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Experience with ML model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME, Counterfactuals)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical-ethical concepts
