Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics role
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong background in machine learning and data science principles
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with regulatory reporting for autonomous systems
