Responsibilities

- Advocate for responsible AI practices through stakeholder education and policy development
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance or compliance with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Experience with international AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong technical literacy to collaborate with engineering teams
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google ML Certificate)
