Responsibilities
- Architect the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty.
- Present high-level strategy to C-suite executives and board members to secure funding and buy-in.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; PhD preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic executive role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
