Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional task forces to embed ethical principles in product development lifecycles
- Establish transparent audit trails for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Advocate for industry-wide standards through policy engagement and thought leadership
- Mentor teams on responsible AI practices and bias mitigation techniques
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proven experience implementing ethics-by-design in complex AI systems
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEG, CAIGP) highly valued
