Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and predictive models
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI design principles with engineering teams
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and compliance with evolving standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-scale AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and algorithmic auditing
- Deep understanding of 2025-2026 AI regulatory landscape (US/EU/APAC)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating ethical concepts to technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in responsible AI
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., AIGP, CEGAI) or equivalent practical experience
