Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging regulations

- Monitor regulatory landscape and update governance policies proactively
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethics by design in AI solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Strong analytical skills for ethical risk assessment
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
