Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Advise C-suite executives on ethical AI deployment strategies
- Lead cross-functional committees for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Publicly represent the company at global AI ethics summits
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience with autonomous system safety validation protocols
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGC)
