Responsibilities
- Design and prototype novel quantum-enhanced machine learning architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create brain-inspired learning algorithms
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Secure federal and private research grants for advanced AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers through our incubator program

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade AI systems with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, transformers, and generative adversarial networks
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (ICML, CVPR, ACL)
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum programming languages
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and human-AI interaction
- Experience securing DARPA or NSF grants preferred
