Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models

- Create stakeholder education materials on AI ethics principles
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible tech, or compliance roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME)
- Deep understanding of socio-technical implications of AI systems
