- Establish stakeholder partnerships with regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces for emerging AI applications
- Produce transparent algorithmic impact reports for executive leadership
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible technology roles
- Published research in AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Certification in AI Risk Management (e.g., from IEEE or ACM)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementations
