Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics or ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, FAccT)
- Expertise in fairness metrics, interpretability techniques, and causal inference
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on AI policy development
