Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years researching AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI

- Expertise in bias detection techniques and model interpretability
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in policy analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Track record of translating complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
