Responsibilities
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments in AI models
- Advise product teams on responsible AI implementation strategies

- Collaborate with policymakers on regulatory frameworks for 2026

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years researching AI ethics or responsible AI development
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Published work in peer-reviewed ethics or AI journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills for complex ethical problem-solving
- Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences
