Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI systems and datasets
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical principles into AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for ethical AI practices across product roadmaps and stakeholder communications
- Monitor and interpret evolving AI regulations and industry standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on ethical AI implementation
- Document ethical guidelines and compliance protocols for internal and external use
- Represent the company at industry forums on AI ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or compliance roles
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to develop and operationalize ethical frameworks
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for AI systems
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional tech environments
