Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with focus on ethics
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance roles
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Publications in AI ethics or relevant conference presentations
