Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology implementation timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
