Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI ethics
- Published research in algorithmic fairness or responsible AI (top-tier conferences/journals)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation in AI systems
- Track record of influencing enterprise AI governance policies
- Strong background in cognitive bias quantification methodologies
