Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures designed to handle the computational demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI) to advise executive leadership on strategic investments.
- Prototype Development: Build and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes for autonomous agents and predictive analytics engines.
- System Optimization: Oversee the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into legacy infrastructures to ensure seamless scalability.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and design long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- Problem Solving: Strong track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
