- Mentor a team of 8-12 researchers and engineers in next-gen technology development
- Drive innovation through hackathons, patents, and industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in tech strategy, AI development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching products using emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and biotech integration
- Exceptional strategic planning with experience in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong executive communication skills with experience engaging C-suite audiences
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (NeurIPS, Web Summit, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++)
