Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for AI adoption across quantum, neurotech, and sustainability domains through 2026
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-AI collaboration models
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage a cross-disciplinary team of ML engineers, futurists, and domain specialists
- Represent the company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, AI Expo) as thought leadership
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen AI applications in healthcare and climate tech
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic futurism or innovation leadership
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuro-symbolic AI
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Experience with 10+ emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field preferred
