Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap integrating quantum-AI convergence, neuro-technology, and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary task forces (robotics, biotech, AR/VR) to develop market-ready 2026 prototypes
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and EU AI Alliance for future-tech validation
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized AI networks
- Develop predictive models for societal adoption of neuro-interfaces and ambient computing
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Lead 3-year R&D sprints with $50M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computational Neuroscience, or Futurism with 10+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or human-AI symbiosis
- Proven track record of launching 3+ billion-dollar future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in ISO/IEC 24027 (AI ethics) and IEEE 7000 (design ethics)
- Fluency in at least 2 programming languages (Python, Rust preferred) and quantum computing frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on 2025-2030 technology adoption curves
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ patented innovations in human-machine interaction
- Security clearance for national innovation program collaboration
