Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and quantum computing principles
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ user deployments
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act)
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and edge AI optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementations and bias mitigation
