Responsibilities
- Design and deploy next-gen neural networks for quantum-accelerated ML pipelines
- Lead research in generative adversarial networks for synthetic data augmentation
- Optimize model inference on hybrid quantum-classical computing substrates
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 global regulatory standards
- Mentor junior engineers in our cutting-edge MLOps automation stack
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize AI breakthroughs in healthcare and logistics
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/AI with 3+ years of production ML experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum computing integration
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proven track record deploying models at scale (>100M API calls/month)
- Proficiency in distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in ethical AI bias mitigation and fairness metrics
