Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable neural network models tailored for low-latency, high-bandwidth neural interfaces.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize inference engines for edge-computing devices.
- Lead research initiatives in reinforcement learning and bio-inspired computing.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to next-gen quantum-ready frameworks.
- Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
