Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance hybrid AI/Quantum computing systems designed for the 2026 operational environment.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms that leverage quantum states for advanced machine learning tasks.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic requirements into tangible technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and fault tolerance in distributed computing environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum mechanics, neuromorphic engineering, and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
